would like to say thank you to Matt, the service manager, he has taken the time to help me over the phone more that one time, when he could of said just bring it in. Dan is a outstanding master technician, when he works on your bike. you know its done right the first time. Aaron in parts is always ready to assist and get the parts needed. Service and assistance from them are why i get parts and service at Lake of the Ozarks Harley Davidson. There are other shops closer but i gladly go the extra miles.

We stopped in to the dealership on a Sunday, 2 days into a 2 week bike trip when we had electrical trouble with my wifes Triglide and I had a medical issue come up that did not allow me to ride home. The GM Joe greeted us when we came in, along with his outstanding staff, and informed us the Service Dept was closed on Sundays. He then proceeded to diagnose and fix my wifes Triglide (loose battery connection). I arranged a U haul truck to haul the bikes home and Joe went above and beyond our expectations to make that happen, get the bikes loaded and secure, and made sure we were ready to head safely home. All my respects to this HD dealership and many thanks to you Joe!

I have been to numerous HD locations throughout midwest and east coast for a range of purchases and services. Lake of the Ozarks Harley Davidson i have purchased a motorcycle, traded in a motorcycle, sold a motorcycle, had maintenance services performed, received repairs and performance upgrades and purchased merchandise and HD swag. If you just want a motorcycle go anywhere. if you want what the entire Harley Davidson experience is supposed to be from cradle to grave youll never need to look any further. Best all around anywhere.

I was winding down a five-hundred-mile day and suspected my battery was going out. My wife and I pulled in forty-five minutes before closing time. The service staff were cheerful about getting the job done and getting me back on the road. Out on the shop floor the salespeople were friendly as could be toward my wife and indulged her every question about the Bling. Great shop.

Just got the SE Wedge air filter from Lake Ozark HD. Looks and runs great. I was going to install it but the box would not fit in my side saddle. Brad & Jeff hooked me up with the install, and Chris even got me a ride to the Cozy for breakfast. This place is always awesome to do business with. Thanks again yall.

Felt like I was with family. Everyone there was just amazing. The wife and I were on our vacation road trip when we started having electrical issues. This was on a Saturday afternoon about 2:30-3:00pm. Even though they had enough customers waiting for work to be done that would they would be busy till after closing hours, they still made sure we were taken care of. Matt, the shop manager, was a total professional. Our electrical issue was diagnosed and repaired. They also made sure that our 5,000 mile service was completed, being we were at 5,500 miles on the odometer, and we were still over 1,500 miles from home. The whole staff was incredible. We were completely humbled by how well they treated us and made us feel like we were at home. They helped keep our trip filled with great memories. They are the best! Thank you all, for an amazing experience.

Best dealer ever from sales to service A+++ service!! I have bought 3 bikes from them, sold one through them. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!! I wont use any other dealership for service, from Matt to Dan in service they are the best even took time from their busy day to show to explain in detail what was done, and what to look for, also I was about to leave town and my bike had some issues they told me to ride in and they took care of me right away, never got off the bike, now thats great customer service, they are really the best!!
